The Projects to Be Let Window allows users to view and download project information for projects that they are not authorized to bid on.
The Project to Be Let Window includes a header at the top of the window, a tree structure with the bid categories and items along the lower left side of the window and an area for review the bid items on the lower right side of the window.
The Project to Be Let Window header includes the Select CSJ field, the CSJ Number, County, Highway, Description, DBE Goal, Project Number, District, Bid Date & Time, and Estimate.
The functionality in the Bidding Header is:
The project tree structure in the left column provides access to item categories and items. The tree structure shows the CSJ Number as the top node. If the plus icon (+) next to the Items node is clicked the categories if items appear. When any of the category links are clicked the right side of the window displays the Item Price Window in the selected category
