Check the checkbox in the "Selected" column in the DBE Window
Click on the Items icon (
) (This will launch the Subcontract
Commitment Window
Right-click in the Items table (This will launch a menu)
Click on "Add Item" (This will launch the Item Selection window)
Click on the checkbox in the first column of the desired items
Click on "Continue" (This will close the Item Selection Window and return the selected items to the table in the Subcontract Commitment Window)
Enter the desired quantities (defaults to the total quantity on the contract) and unit prices
Click on "Continue"
