The Projects to Be Let Window allows users to view and download project information for projects that they are not authorized to bid on.
The Project to Be Let Window includes a header at the top of the window, the Project Tree Structure with the bid categories and items along the lower left side of the window and an area for review the bid items on the lower right side of the window.
